Rental Rates for 2012

All Big Twin Model Rates:

$140 per day
$280 for 2 days
$390 for 3 days
$480 for 4 days
$600 for 5 days
$660 for 6 days
$700 for 7 days

Mid Week Special: Pick up a Big Twin on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and return it by 5:00 PM on Thursday. The cost is equal to $70.00 per day.

Tri-Glide Trike Rates:

$185 per day
$370 for 2 days
$525 for 3 days
$700 for 4 days
$750 for 5 days
$810 for 6 days
$875 for 7 days

Mid Week Special: Pick up a TriGlide on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and return it by 5:00 PM on Thursday. The cost is equal to $100.00 per day.

Prices do not include taxes or other options requested by customer.

$2000.00 security deposit required when renting any model motorcycle.
Security deposit is released upon return of motorcycle without damage.

Reservations may be made for a cost of $65.00 which is applied to the total rental charge.

* Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more from the scheduled pick up time will qualify for a full refund of the deposit.

**Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours from the scheduled pick up date will result in a forfeit.

Included in Rental Fees are the following:
Unlimited Mileage
Helmets (If requested)
Rain Gear (If requested)
Bike Locks
24 Hour Road Side Assistance
Basic State Required Liability Insurance ( customer is responsible for all damage to vehicle, equipment or for rental down time and labor on repairs.)

Optional Insurance Coverage –
At this time we can offer: Supplemental Liability Insurance at the cost of $12.81/day and Personal Accident & Personal Property at the cost of $10.85/day.

Loss Damage Waiver ia available for $25.00 / day.
( This is not an insurance. It is a program that limits a customers liability for damages to the rental motorcycle to the first $2,000.00, or to the first $5,000.00 if the motorcycle is stolen. This program is highly recommended.)

Minimum Requirements:

Driver/ renter must be at least 21 years of age.
Driver must have a motorcycle endorsement on his / her drivers license.
Renter must have a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover only please) with enough available credit to pay for the cost of the rental as well as the required security deposit of $2,000.00.
The security deposit will be released upon return of the motorcycle in acceptable condition,
A security deposit of $2,000.00 is required for all motorcycle rentals with no exceptions. The security deposit and rental charge may be paid for with a suitable credit card, or with cash.
Driver must possess the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to operate a heavy weight motorcycle.
Driver must be able to demonstrate their riding capability should they be requested to do so.

NOTE: The staff of Shenandoah Harley Davidson reserve the right to refuse to rent a motorcycle to anyone.
